Dave Greninger served 21 years in the U.S. Navy, retiring as a leader at the Tier 1, Naval Special Warfare Development Group. After multiple deployments he was responsible for the selection, screening and hiring of the Navy’s top technical performers. Dave has 14 years of international experience with a background in advanced communications technology and development. A former All-Navy and NATO rugby captain, he has a distinguished athletic career and passion for high performance teams, relentlessly seeking the answer to, “How can we do it better?” Anchored by faith and family, Dave is a specialist in translating his experiences and applying them to create Tier 1 performance.
